Associate Professor, Department of Physiology and Biophysics, UFMG. Postdoctoral fellow in mass spectrometry and protection at the University of Southern Denmark (2009-2015). He has a degree in Biological Sciences (2001), Master (2004) and Doctor (2009) in Biochemistry. He is Coordinator of the Multi-User Protein Laboratory (LM-Prot), Member of the Steering Committee of the UFMG Multi-User Laboratory Center (CELAM) and ICB Full Representative to the UFMG Animal Use Ethics Committee (CEUA). It acts mainly in the protein study of complex systems under pathophysiological conditions. In addition, it uses protein tools for the study of poisonous animals and toxins. He is a collaborating advisor for the UFMG Graduate programs: Physiology and Pharmacology, Professional Master's Degree in Technological Innovation and Intellectual Property and Bioinformatics.
